Senior Trial Attorney

The Senior Trial Attorney will independently serve as lead counsel for a diverse caseload of property and casualty insurance defense and subrogation matters within the assigned jurisdiction. This role requires significant civil litigation experience to manage complex cases, provide strategic legal opinions, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners. The position involves proactive case management, trial advocacy, and mentoring junior staff while adhering to established legal and corporate standards.
