About this role
The Senior TB/HIV Advisor is a short-term technical consultancy under the LEAP Global mechanism (now DOS-supported) to strengthen TB case finding and TB preventive treatment (TPT) among people living with HIV across DOS-supported states. The Advisor provides high-level technical assistance to government programs and PEPFAR implementing partners to optimize use of diagnostic technologies, institutionalize data-driven mentorship, and improve program coordination. The role supports monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outcomes for program improvement and donor compliance.
