Senior Tutor

The Senior Tutor leads the delivery of high-quality, inclusive education for children and young people with complex needs at Swanwick Lodge, a specialist secure residential home. This role involves inspiring learners to engage with education and achieve positive outcomes while providing leadership and direction to Tutors and Learning Coaches. The position requires a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach to support learners in developing emotional resilience and making progress towards their future aspirations.
