Senior Typist

The Senior Typist performs moderately difficult clerical duties involving the full-time or substantial part-time operation of a keyboard under general supervision. The role requires producing acceptable copy by manipulating an alphanumeric keyboard, reviewing information, and overseeing complex clerical procedures. This position may involve supervising subordinate clerical employees and handling various office tasks including typing, filing, and payroll preparation.
