Senior Underwriting Manager

The Senior Underwriting Manager oversees the Major Accounts Property portfolio in the Central Region, managing a team of underwriters focused on complex monoline property accounts with a minimum Total Insured Value of at least $100 million. This role involves guiding and mentoring the team, analyzing and approving underwriting decisions for large single carrier admitted property accounts, and collaborating with Risk Engineering to enhance processes and strategies. The position requires cultivating strong relationships with producers and customers to drive growth and retention while contributing to the development of underwriting strategies aligned with business objectives.
