Senior USV Operations Trainer

The Senior USV Operations Trainer delivers and shapes technical and operational training for unmanned maritime systems programs, serving as the organization's most experienced hands-on instructor. This role is responsible for the direct delivery of complex classroom, laboratory, and field-based instruction, as well as the qualification and evaluation of trainees against defined proficiency standards. The position also involves mentoring junior instructors and providing quality oversight to ensure operators are fully qualified to safely employ USV systems in defense environments.
