Senior UX Designer to lead the evolution of Mill.com and its growing e-commerce experience, owning end-to-end UX for consumer and commercial audiences. The role shapes information architecture, conversion and purchase flows, and scalable visual systems while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Content teams. It reports to the Executive Creative Director within Mill's Creative team (Marketing) and supports the company's mission to reduce food waste.
