Senior UX-designer

A Senior UX Designer is sought to support the development and enhancement of a public sector agency's digital and e-services, ensuring they are designed around user needs, business goals, and high standards for accessibility, security, and efficient digital governance. The role involves leading the entire design process, from analysis and problem understanding to concept, prototyping, validation, and implementation, in close collaboration with business units, development teams, and stakeholders. The consultant will independently drive UX work in complex environments with multiple target groups, regulations, and dependencies.
