About this role

IQVIA is seeking a Senior UX Researcher & Designer to lead end-to-end user experience research and design initiatives for AI-enabled clinical technology solutions within the Applied Data Science Center. This senior-level individual contributor role requires operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating across product, engineering, data science, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, trusted, and scalable product experiences. The position involves translating complex clinical and AI-assisted workflows into meaningful digital experiences that improve user adoption, efficiency, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX research and design initiatives for AI-enabled clinical technology solutions
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors
Design and evaluate user experiences for AI-enabled products including LLM-based applications
