Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher will build the research function from the ground up for three consumer brands, establishing processes, conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive product, design, and marketing decisions. This role works closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience across complex e‑commerce products.
