Senior Validation Analyst

The Senior Validation Analyst leads strategic validation initiatives to introduce new GxP technologies at Southern Research, managing the full lifecycle from technology assessment and procurement through validation, operational support, and retirement. This role collaborates with business, IT, and Quality teams to define processes, author validation deliverables, and lead testing efforts to ensure systems remain in a validated state. The position requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining audit and inspection readiness.
