About this role
The Virtual Design & Construction Senior Manager will lead the development, implementation, and regional support of VDC processes and technology to scale model-based project management across office and field teams. This role focuses on driving VDC strategy, establishing metrics and KPIs to measure value and ROI, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance regional VDC initiatives. The position also provides leadership to local VDC managers and engineers and contributes to the regional VDC strategic plan.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field
- 7+ Years VDC/BIM Experience
- 7+ Years Design Engineering Or Construction Experience
- 7+ Years Managing Multiple Offices Regions Or Projects
- Advanced Autodesk Software Knowledge (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Understanding Of Lean Construction Principles
