About this role

This role owns the development and execution of mission operations for K2's first high-power satellite mission and lays the foundation for multi-satellite and constellation-scale operations. The position is hands-on with integrated satellite-level test campaigns, supporting factory tests, launch-site activities, and on-orbit operations while defining tools, processes, and operational philosophy. The work involves evolving operational playbooks and scaling tooling and ground-segment workflows to support future constellations.
