Senior Vice President, Human Resources

The Senior Vice President of Human Resources serves as an executive peer and thought leader to the C-Suite, responsible for architecting and executing the enterprise People Strategy for a publicly traded, commercial biopharma company. This role leads and develops the HR function across talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The position focuses on board governance, commercial field scaling, total rewards and equity design, and driving a high-performance accountable culture across the organization.
