About this role

A lead wastewater process engineer responsible for technical guidance over a process team, supervising engineering staff on projects, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams to implement complex treatment solutions.

Responsibilities

Prepares complex engineering deliverables, including process models, design criteria, and process flow diagrams
Supports multiple projects with complex technical challenges
Provides technical guidance to project teams in conventional and emerging wastewater treatment systems
Conducts applied research and incorporates data into process models
Develops recommendations for treatment processes, equipment, and materials selection

Skills

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering10 years of experience in wastewater water treatment with at least 5 years in water quality and treatmentAdvanced knowledge of process design for municipal wastewaterExperience with modern process simulators such as BioWin, GPS-X, Sumo, and/or SimbaEstablished leadership skills with deep understanding of consulting, project execution, client services, and business development
