About this role

The Senior Workday Analyst, HRIS is responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Workday enterprise HRIS platform, including HCM, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll. This role serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to the HRIS team. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and drive platform-level security, data management, and vendor engagement.
