Public Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join its HR Technology team as a key functional and technical resource for the Workday environment. This role focuses on the configuration, administration, optimization, and support of Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting, while also supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will independently analyze business needs, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop scalable Workday solutions across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday functionality across Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting modules
Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services
Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions and deliver enhancements
