The Senior Workday Analyst serves as a senior functional and technical resource within the HR Systems & Operations team, supporting the optimization, administration, and strategic development of the Workday platform. This hands-on configuration role focuses on Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking, while providing cross-functional support across the broader Workday ecosystem. The position requires independently assessing complex requirements, recommending scalable solutions, and troubleshooting production issues to drive system enhancements and operational excellence.
