About this role

As a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst, you will configure and support the Workday HR platform with a primary focus on Absence Management, including leave plans, accruals, and eligibility rules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage system release testing, and act as a trusted advisor for process improvements within the HR Systems and Support team.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management including leave plans and accruals
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Absence-related system issues
Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for system changes
Analyze business processes to identify efficiency and compliance improvements

Skills

Qualifications

College diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information TechnologyMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday
