Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster

The Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster independently manages a caseload of moderate to highly complex workers' compensation claims, including complex litigated, high-exposure, and significant catastrophic claims, from investigation through resolution and closure. This remote role requires an active Delaware Adjuster license and supports multiple jurisdictions including Delaware, West Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, and New Jersey. The position involves investigating claims, managing medical treatment and benefits, establishing reserves, and negotiating settlements while ensuring compliance with state requirements and company best practices.
