This fully remote role involves managing moderate to complex Iowa Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception through resolution for an A-rated Insurance Carrier. The position requires evaluating coverage, investigating claims, and developing resolution strategies while coordinating with defense counsel and outside experts. The ideal candidate will handle negotiations with injured workers, attorneys, and other involved parties, including attending mediations and settlement conferences for serious injury claims.
