Senior Youth Worker 3

The Senior Youth Worker 3 assists in promoting and supporting curriculum development within the division while managing a team of workers and overseeing developmental youth work programmes. This role involves designing and delivering activities to meet young people's needs, providing training and support to youth units and volunteers, and ensuring quality assurance across the division. The position contributes substantially to the delivery of an Area Plan and the development of youth services in alignment with EA policies.
