The Senior Youth Worker provides support, basic needs, and guidance to youth ages birth to 17 in an emergency crisis shelter, as well as to young adults ages 16-24 experiencing homelessness. Working the overnight shift (11 pm – 7 am), they conduct intakes, maintain the shelter environment, and respond to crisis situations, fostering a safe and supportive setting for high‑need youth.
