About this role

The Senior/Contracts and Budget Associate is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking a variety of legal agreements such as confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets. The role works closely with Clinical Operations study teams and serves as an administrative liaison to ensure contract deliverables align with project timelines and expectations, while maintaining contract files and databases.
