Responsibilities

Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products in the P&C insurance space
Build and ship AI-first products that guide human decision-making in claims handling
Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to uncover problems and validate product concepts
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies for new capabilities
Write code and build working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools
