About this role

A Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer leads the commercialization of new dish machine platforms and supports the full lifecycle of the existing portfolio at Ecolab. The role involves defining product requirements, managing engineering execution, and delivering robust mechanical systems through design, validation, and sustaining engineering activities. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturing partners, and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable and aligned with cost and quality goals.

Responsibilities

Lead commercialization of new dish machine platforms from development through launch
Support existing portfolio through product improvements and sustaining engineering
Own engineering documentation and product lifecycle management
Lead root cause and corrective action efforts to resolve product issues
Partner with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable
