Sensor Development Engineering Manager

The Sensor Development Engineering Manager at Amca is responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering team focused on the design and development of aerospace sensors from concept to flight qualification. This role encompasses overseeing all aspects of sensor development, including electrical analysis, prototyping, and collaboration with test and build engineering to ensure manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards. Furthermore, the manager will develop Amca's design processes, mentor junior engineers, and actively participate in team recruitment and product catalog expansion efforts.
