About this role

The Sentinel System Engineering and Integration Senior Project Engineer leads system integration activities for the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center's Sentinel ICBM replacement program. The role applies ICBM domain expertise and Models-Based System Engineering (MBSE) to develop architectures, reduce technical risks, and coordinate with government and contractor teams across nuclear command and control systems.

Responsibilities

Perform system integration activities across Sentinel program elements and external interfaces
Provide mission assurance and investigate urgent technical problems for the Sentinel program
Develop and maintain the Sentinel Government Reference Architecture using ICBM modeling expertise
Assess system integration and modeling activities to provide strategic recommendations
Coordinate reach-back activities with the Aerospace Engineering and Technical Group workforce
