Knight Frank seeks a Senior SEO and GEO Strategy Leader to drive organic growth and lead generation across their digital platforms. This role involves owning the strategic direction for both traditional search engine optimization and generative engine optimization to enhance technical search performance. The successful candidate will partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and Content teams to improve search visibility and qualified lead generation for global property audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead global SEO and GEO strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Own the technical SEO health of digital platforms to ensure best practice implementation.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to embed SEO requirements into development.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for traffic growth and lead generation performance.
Monitor industry changes in AI search trends and adapt strategies proactively.
