Serve Team

The Serve Team member works across various camp departments such as housekeeping, activities, food service, maintenance, and grounds to support guests and staff at New Life Ranch. The role involves facilitating activities, assisting with meals, managing the canteen, cleaning facilities, maintaining grounds, and co‑hosting retreats, all while embodying a servant‑hearted, Christian approach.
