Server Assistant

The Florie's Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by maintaining exceptional table service, preparing and replenishing service stations, and anticipating guest and team needs throughout each meal period. This role helps ensure the restaurant, bar, and terrace remain organized, polished, and prepared to deliver an elevated dining experience as part of the Food & Beverage team. The position reports to Food & Beverage Management and contributes to the overall success of the luxury dining collaboration at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.
