This position is responsible for serving food and drinks to guests in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and generating return business. The role involves maintaining pour costs, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area while handling cash and providing responsible alcohol service. Employees may be scheduled in the Sports Bar or Lobby Bar.
