Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Plaza Tire while managing team workflow and acting as the manager on duty. This role involves greeting customers, documenting their concerns, and recommending appropriate automotive services and repairs. The position requires providing accurate quotes, tracking returns and warranties, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
