Service Advisor

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer service experience by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and technicians. The position involves conducting vehicle walk-arounds, discussing maintenance costs and time estimates, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
