Service Advisor

The Service Advisor serves as a liaison between customers and technicians at Napleton Genesis of Carmel, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and ensuring excellent service to maintain vehicle performance. This role involves proactive communication with clients throughout the repair process and collaboration with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely completion of work.
