Service Advisor

The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department, ensuring an exceptional experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. This role involves accurately identifying customer concerns, recommending necessary maintenance and repairs, and coordinating communication between customers, technicians, and the Parts Department. The position ensures that all repairs are completed efficiently and meet manufacturer standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
