Service Advisor

This role focuses on delivering professional customer service and coordinating service-related requirements to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve target Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. The position involves managing job cards, maintaining accurate work-in-progress records, and supporting labor and parts sales targets within an automotive aftersales environment. Key duties include conducting vehicle assessments, obtaining customer approvals for repairs, and resolving complaints in collaboration with the Customer Relations team.
