Service Advisor

The Service Advisor role at NI Carsmetic is central to delivering a smooth customer journey, accurate job management, and strong communication between the workshop, estimators, and front-of-house. This position involves managing customer enquiries, estimates, bookings, and repair updates while ensuring timely updates and a seamless experience from drop-off to collection. The role requires liaising with the Workshop Controller and technicians to ensure accurate job progression and handling insurance-related communication and documentation.
