Service Appointment Coordinator

DCH Kay Honda is hiring BDC Administrators for the Service Department to manage customer databases, schedule appointments, and utilize internet department tools to increase sales and retention. The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail or administrative experience, a positive customer-focused attitude, and preferred experience in dealership business development.
