Service Associate

This role serves as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, managing front desk operations including greeting guests, handling calls, and processing registrations and payments. The position involves conducting tours for prospective members, maintaining accurate records, and supporting staff by promoting programs and addressing inquiries.
