Service Center Manager

This role involves engaging in the business, management, and technical direction of the Service Center, providing general supervision for Field Engineers and Technicians, and serving as the primary customer contact. The position is responsible for the sales, profit, and quality of the area operation, including reviewing contracts, developing profit plans, and coordinating technical training. The incumbent will also perform employee performance reviews, interview applicants, and ensure effective communication through management committee meetings.
