Service Co-ordinator

This role involves coordinating end-to-end service processes for reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance work in a fast-paced trade environment. The Service Co-ordinator acts as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure service levels, safety, and commercial outcomes are met. Responsibilities include scheduling jobs, managing customer communications, handling billing and quotes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
