Service & Configuration Lead

The Service & Configuration Lead will own the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) practice for Planet's production estate, ensuring the accuracy and governance of the service catalogue and configuration management databases (CMDBs). This role involves building a trusted, end-to-end map of system connections to support incident, change, and audit decisions across multiple CMDB platforms. The position requires driving data quality, automated discovery, and reconciliation to maintain a reliable view of the technology estate.
