Service Configuration Management Analyst

As a Service Configuration Management Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to enable effective IT service delivery. This role involves driving data quality improvements, performing verification and audit activities, and collaborating with other service management processes to maintain SCM policies. You will also lead divisional working groups, monitor critical metrics, and provide training and mentorship to colleagues within the organization.
