Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams, managing the end-to-end coordination of service jobs, schedules, and site mobilisations. This fast-paced role requires strong organisational and communication skills to handle customer interactions, track work in progress, and maintain accurate documentation within SimPRO. The position supports invoicing, progress claims, and general service administration while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
