Service Coordinator

This position is responsible for coordinating services to consumers with developmental disabilities in accordance with the Lanterman Act and regional center policies. The role involves conducting assessments, facilitating person-centered planning, and advocating for the provision of needed services to ensure individuals live full, independent, and inclusive lives. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, managing referrals, and intervening effectively in crisis situations.
