Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator supports the daily operations of the branch by coordinating service activities, assisting customers, and supporting technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. This role serves as a key operational resource, working closely with office staff, technicians, and management to handle scheduling, customer communication, billing, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fire alarm and sprinkler industry and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
