Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator develops service contracts and manages the work order process for generator services, providing first-class customer support. They also manage the new generator sales internal process and support the outside sales team by performing site walks for new generator start-up projects. The role involves building relationships with various clients, planning maintenance agreements, and supervising a team of technicians.
