Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator position is responsible for developing and linking social service provider organizations with residents of a retirement community and their families, consulting with families, residents, and community management as needed. The role assists in providing a dignified, respectful, and resident-centered environment while managing case management, intake, and referral services. The Service Coordinator establishes linkages with community agencies, negotiates service pricing, and educates residents and management on aging-related issues and service availability.
