Service Crew

The Service Crew position is an entry-level role at the Cypress Bend facility, responsible for learning all areas of the manufacturing process, performing general housekeeping, and assisting with efficient operations to produce high-quality paperboard and pulp products. The role involves supporting operators during downtime and machine changes, conducting routine equipment inspections, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. This position requires adherence to strict safety standards and the ability to work in a physically demanding, rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
